Job Opportunity: Operations Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the operational readiness of our manufacturing facility.
As an Operations Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the Operational Readiness program. This will involve developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety Working Instructions (SWIs), as well as representing operations on various teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing training programs to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and adherence to SOPs and SWIs.
* Completing safety permitting approvals to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Third Level qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science discipline or have relevant experience in potent formulation. A minimum of 5 years industrial experience is required, and Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly desirable. SAP/MES knowledge or experience is also preferred.
