Job Title: Morning Kitchen Specialist
This role is for an experienced and skilled Breakfast Chef de Partie who can lead the morning kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a busy breakfast station during morning service, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation.
* Coordinate with the pastry, grill, and hot stations to create a diverse and consistent menu.
* Maintain strict standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Develop and manage stock levels for key ingredients used in breakfast dishes.
* Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure seamless team operations.
* Support the overall kitchen team with pre-service preparations.
