Assistant Hotel Operations Manager
The Assistant Hotel Operations Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, front of house, events, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in managing overall hotel performance
* Supervise staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and training programs
* Maintain standard operating procedures for guest safety, hygiene, and satisfaction
* Ensure financial goals are met: revenue growth, expense control, budget adherence
The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience in hospitality management, with strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. They will also possess good numerical skills, IT literacy, and be able to work flexible hours.
