Hiring for a Document Control Lead to coordinate all Document Control activities from the Kildare office. Job Description As a Document Control Lead, you will oversee and coordinate all document control activities across a major construction project, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and client requirements. You will lead a team of document controllers and administrators, supporting project delivery teams and maintaining the highest standards of document management throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proficient in document control platforms such as Asite, Aconex, BIM360 or equivalent. Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulae, linking, and data analysis) and other Office/Google tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and manage a small team. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure. Strong understanding of project documentation standards and quality requirements within a construction environment. Knowledge of BIM workflows and ISO 19650 standards is an advantage.
