Front-of-House Operations Manager
We are recruiting a Front-of-House Operations Manager for a busy gastropub in County Clare. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the service team and ensure smooth operations from open to close.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the guest experience on the floor
* Lead a strong front-of-house team
* Manage rotas, training, stock control, and day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Strong Food & Beverage management experience in a restaurant or casual dining setting
* Confidence in leading busy front-of-house operations
* Ability to bring structure, consistency, and warmth to daily service
