Residential Services Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our residential services as the Residential Services Manager.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, maintaining compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards. You will:
* Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position within a social care setting;
* Possess a professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or a relevant qualification;
* Demonstrate expertise in managing residential services and have a level 6 management qualification;
* Hold a full driving license and have access to your own transport;
* Show working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
