Overview
Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. Locations for these services in Ballygunner, Co Waterford. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.
Qualifications
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
* Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
* Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
* Full Clean Manual Driving License
Responsibilities
Provide high quality care to service users, promote independence, support person-centred planning, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the residential service. Support service users to engage in activities and maintain an emotionally and psychologically safe environment.
