Key Consultant Role
About the Position
We are seeking a senior consultant to consult with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy. The role involves consulting with areas in the business unit to provide ongoing support, working collaboratively with other global training teams, and ensuring COO L&D Training interventions are aligned with the Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs.
This position requires excellent communication skills to design and implement proactive communication plans to ensure effective communication of learning and development initiatives to global audiences. You will also be responsible for evaluating training solutions to identify areas for improvement and maintaining highest quality delivery.

Area Specific Duties - Anti Money Laundering
* Design, develop and maintain an AML training curriculum for the Transfer Agency function into the Global GFS curriculums.
* Develop and integrate AML rules and regulations into training program.
* Coordinate/deliver the AML new hire curriculum within your geographic location.
* Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system rollouts.
