Project Director
As a Project Director, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-value engineering projects. Your responsibilities include planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling all activities related to the construction of Electrical (MV & HV) Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and lead project activities, ensuring timely delivery, safety, quality, and budget compliance.
* Develop business plans, cost control systems, cash flow projections, and billable schedules.
* Produce procurement plans, drawing and design plans, construction programs, s-curves, and histograms.
* Mobilize sub-contractors and labor in accordance with business plans.
* Manage site teams, ensure compliance with programs, materials deliveries, and engineering standards.
* Hold progress meetings with sub-contractors, discuss safety and training, and ensure effective cost and sales control.
Requirements:
* 3rd-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or strong trades background.
* Experience in Substations, High Voltage, Medium Voltage type projects.
* Professional Acumen - Represent at senior level in meetings, presentations, technical workshops.
* Strong IT skills - Ability to deliver presentations, reports.
* Able to work on own initiative, build and manage a team.
