The Process Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing daily process operations, supporting production efficiency, coach and mentor a team of process technicians to ensure consistent product quality, equipment performance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards within their designated business unit. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts.Responsibilities:Lead a team of process technicians within their designated business unitPoint of contact for production issues and escalations in a timely manner.Monitor handover logs and assign production tasks as required.Monitoring equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficientlyTrouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process, perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when neededQuality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirementsData collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysisEHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely.
