Software GenAI Architect
. This fully remote role offers a rare opportunity to

robust, scalable, and production-ready AI systems

Reporting to the Head of AI, you will design and deliver intelligent, agentic systems that redefine the company's platform. You'll work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to turn ambitious GenAI concepts into
reliable, scalable real-world impact
.
ABOUT THE PERSON
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering/architecture, including ~3 years focused on GenAI/Agentic AI projects.
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver
full-lifecycle LLM solutions
, from POC to
production-grade SaaS deployments
.
* Strong track record in making
critical architectural decisions
around
scalability, resilience, and reliability
, with hands-on experience implementing fallback/retry mechanisms and guardrails.
* Skilled in building and maintaining
robust evaluation pipelines
, including both online and offline evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and metrics to ensure safe and accurate model behaviour.
* Hands-on with the latest agentic AI stack and able to
translate ambitious AI concepts into reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
.
* Collaborative, working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to deliver real-world impact from GenAI initiatives.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience designing and delivering
production-grade Agentic AI/GenAI solutions
, with at least 2–3 projects deployed in SaaS or enterprise environments.
* Strong architectural expertise around
resilience, scalability, and reliability
, including designing fallback/retry mechanisms and robust error handling.
* Deep understanding of
AI evaluation pipelines
, both
online and offline
, including monitoring, metrics, and guardrails to ensure safe and accurate model behavior.
* Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as
Langsmith, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Crew AI, Amazon Bedrock
, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of AI deployment best practices, observability tools (e.g.,
Langsmith, Opik, Arize
), and classical NLP techniques (NER, parsing, tf-idf, etc.).
* Able to make
key architectural decisions
that balance ambitious GenAI features with scalable, resilient production systems.
