Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Manage and update the dealership's website and CRM system.
Work closely with the finance team to facilitate customer transactions.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
Handle enquiries and follow up with potential buyers.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Previous car sales experience not necessary
Full, clean driver's licence.
Strong general IT skills, including CRM management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
