Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the daily site operations, ensuring all tasks comply with project specifications and safety regulations.
Take part in setting out and surveying the site.
Work closely with the site management team to monitor progress and address any technical issues.
Oversee subcontractors' work to ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
Keep accurate site records, including daily logs and progress updates.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams for efficient project delivery.
Essential Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of site safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
