Sales Manager (Dealer Partnerships) Bonus + Company Car + Healthcare + Benefits Ireland - Field Based/ Hybrid A market-leading mobility and leasing solutions business is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to manage and grow key dealer and OEM partnerships across Ireland. This is a relationship-led commercial role focused on strengthening dealer networks, increasing leasing and finance penetration, and supporting long-term partner growth. The successful candidate will work closely with dealership groups, manufacturers and internal stakeholders to drive performance across both new and used vehicle leasing solutions. The role would suit someone with strong relationship management and commercial sales experience within automotive, leasing, dealer networks, fleet, asset finance or a related environment. Please note: The successful candidate will spend more time onsite during the initial onboarding and training period before moving into a more typical hybrid working arrangement. The Role Manage and develop relationships with dealer and manufacturer partners across Ireland. Support dealer networks in promoting leasing and finance solutions to end customers. Drive growth across both new and used vehicle leasing offerings. Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, performance and retention. Conduct regular partner visits and maintain a strong field presence. Support onboarding and development of new dealer and commercial partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer and partner experience. Monitor KPIs, profitability and partner performance metrics. Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive lead generation and awareness. Maintain strong compliance and process standards across all activity. What We're Looking For 5+ years proven experience in a commercial sales, account management or dealer relationship role. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Experience within automotive, leasing, fleet, asset finance or financial services environments would be advantageous. Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing ability. Comfortable working in a field-based role managing multiple partner relationships. Strong organisational skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
