Be computer literate with Microsoft applications and other standardsoftware packages Have high attention to detail, be organised and have excellent timemanagement Monitor and process invoices and payments Handle general administrative tasks on a daily basis, includingprocessing customer orders, preparing client invoices, supportingdispatches to customers including preparation of dispatchdocumentation, allocating client payments to their accounts, preparingcustomer statements, reconciliation of supplier statements Other office administration tasks such as ensuring stationary and allother office equipment is available, fit for purpose and purchasedeconomicallyPrevious experience in a similar role is importantJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
