Job Title: Chief Systems Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Systems Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader to partner with product teams, engineering groups, and stakeholders to define and drive the architecture of technology infrastructure platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a scalable architecture that aligns with our strategic objectives and supports multiple product lines. You will also evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms that enable secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions for medical devices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in platform architecture development. They will also have excellent communication skills, including presentation abilities, and experience working on collaborative Agile product teams.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with customers, stakeholders, systems engineering, architecture, hardware, and software teams to ensure cross-functional deliverables are identified and tracked
* Designing and leading collaborative development of an end-to-end architecture that details how architectural elements are developed, constructed, deployed, and maintained across all elements
* Evaluating system performance against current and future scenarios, managing performance and risk for our digital platform
* Assisting in developing guidance and work instructions that ensure design guidance is provided across operations, hardware, and software solutions
