Job Title: HR Generalist
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Generalist. In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager to drive high-volume end-to-end recruitment processes.
Your responsibilities will include creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers and completing pre-employment checks. You will also be responsible for conducting weekly/monthly HR reporting on specific metrics such as absence, staff retention and performance.
You will provide advisory support on employee relations issues and act as the HR lead on driving the employee forum. Additionally, you will complete various HR administration duties to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years HR experience
* Proven expertise in employee relations, absence management and high-volume end-to-end recruitment
* Strong skills in completing HR reporting, inductions and drafting employee contracts
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications and Time/Attendance Systems
