This is a potentially excellent move for a PA working in a mid-size commercial firm or even another large law firm.
You will be joining one of Irelands best known names and work with a team of the brightest talents in this sector.
Role provides support to Partners and other fee-earners across Commercial and Employment practice groups.
Hybrid working Dublin 2 close to St.
Stephens Green.
Work as part of a team of Legal PAs.
Ideal candidates for this role will need to have: 3+ years experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary Strong experience with managing complex monthly and quarterly billing processes and the use of billing software.
Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and Power Point.
Strong skills in business support including diary and inbox management, travel booking and expenses processing.
Your duties in this role will include all of the above and also see you use your experience in areas such as Client Onboarding and AML processes, digital dictation and the maintenance of the client database.
