As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for guests from around the world, providing an exceptional experience by addressing inquiries about property facilities, services, and room accommodations.
* Managing incoming contacts for various hotel brands
* Assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels
* Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
You will identify guest reservation needs and apply sales techniques to maximise revenue while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests.
