Description

Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting the HR function for the full scope of HR responsibilities including employee benefits, training, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement and communications, with a focus on leveraging HR systems and data analytics to generate insights and enhance decision making.

Role Responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance to the HR Department.
* Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Generate monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
* Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance HR processes, improve data analysis, and support decision-making.
* Review and support employee payroll, benefits, budgeting processes for all elfc global entities.
* Training & Development co-ordination and administration.
* Support company initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Wellbeing.
* Provide guidance and respond to queries in relation to HR Policies & Procedures and employment law compliance.
* Recruitment administration - manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), participate in interviews as required and support new hire induction process.
* Support the design and implementation of improvements to HR policies, procedures, and standard documentation.
* Actively contribute to assigned HR/business projects, audits and support for parent company reporting and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

Essential
* Qualification in HRM or related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years HR experience.
* Experience supporting a global workforce.
* Employment Law knowledge essential.
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* HR Data analysis / Excel experience with the ability to produce, manage and present reports.
Desired
* CIPD or equivalent qualification.
* Ability to utilise AI-driven tools and technologies to streamline HR processes.

Competencies

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a global team environment.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks in a task-based environment.
* Have experience in problem solving and working to tight deadlines.
* Upholds highest level of confidentiality.
* Proven ability to use initiative.
