Lettings Manager - PRS based on site €60,000 – €65,000 DOE 14-Month FTCThis is anonsite position based in a luxurious PRS development.TheLettings Managerwill be self-motivated with a goal and results orientation, have excellent relationship management skills, and be able to display a proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels. An essential factor for success in this role is that the Lettings Manager will have sufficient lettings and tenant management experience and be capable of maintaining focus on satisfying the client's needs and managing expectations.The role involves dealing with large institutional landlords operating in the PRS market. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the tenant management and lettings at dedicated developments on behalf of landlords.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the line manager on larger client projects and accountsTrack upcoming available propertiesConduct viewings of vacant propertiesProduce inventories and photographsPrepare condition reportsCheck tenant referencesDraft leasesRegister tenants with RTBAssist with budget preparation and expectation managementManage tenants and contracts on a day-to-day basisTrack rental payments and handle arrears in accordance with RTB regulationsMonitor contract renewals and issue letters as per RTB regulationsCarry out property inspectionsManage conflict situations professionally and efficientlyIn conjunction with the line manager, deliver written outputs ensuring excellent qualityMaintain regular contact with key clients and landlordsEnsure all management systems are kept up to date and maintainedPrepare and deliver reports to landlordsEnsure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004, Health & Safety Legislation, Fire Services Act 1981, Occupiers Liability Act 1995, Waste Management and Litter Pollution Acts, and the Data Protection ActAchieve set KPIsExperience and SkillsMinimum 3 years' experience in a lettings or tenant management roleA fundamental understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004Experience with YARDI system is an advantagePRSA Licence – CExcellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong communication, organisational, and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal and influencing skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishConfident in dealing with clientsPragmatic approach to problem-solvingHigh levels of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
