Key responsibilities of this role include leading the design, oversight, and continual evolvement of strength and conditioning programs across Eden One. This position is responsible for ensuring all training programs are scientifically grounded, results-driven, and aligned with the Eden One ethos of optimising member experience.Working within the multi-disciplinary performance team (which includes an exercise physiologist, physiotherapist, lead personal trainer and personal training team) the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach will provide oversight regarding program design, testing procedures, progression protocols and ensuring all programs and sessions delivered from Eden One align with best practices and the most current research.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Design & DeliveryLead the design and implementation of evidence-based strength & conditioning programs for members of varying goals and fitness levels.Approve and oversee all Eden One prescribed programs, ensuring safety, consistency, and alignment with Eden One standards.Introduce performance testing and monitoring systems to track member progress, ensuring that our programming maximises results.Ensure all programs integrate science-based strength and conditioning principles.Multi-Disciplinary CollaborationCollaborate closely with our on-site multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional member care and ensure optimal outcomes for members.Work with management to ensure program offerings reflect Eden One's vision of premium health, performance and wellness.Support with up-skilling, mentoring, and development for trainers and staff.Leadership & OversightSupport with upskilling our current team, ensuring best practices are implemented and adhered to across all Eden One's health and fitness services.Establish and uphold professional and safety standards in training delivery.Monitor quality of service and member feedback to continuously enhance program effectiveness and member experience.Stay current with global best practices, emerging research, and innovations in strength & conditioning.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, Sports Science (or related field) is required.Accredited Strength & Conditioning Certification (ASCA, UKSCA, NSCA CSCS, or equivalent).5+ years' experience in strength & conditioning, preferably in high-performance, team, medical, or premium fitness/wellness environments.Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care.Demonstrated success in program design, athlete/client progression, and staff mentorship.Key Skills & AttributesComprehensive expertise in strength, conditioning, and applied sports science.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and educate a team.Member-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Highly organised, innovative, and adaptable to evolving member needs.Professional presence and ability to represent Eden One as a leader in performance and wellness.Work Conditions & BenefitsLocation: Based on-site at Eden One, a state-of-the-art luxury health, fitness, and performance club.Work Schedule: Flexible role; with a minimum of 20 hours required per week, and up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
