Job Description for Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Payroll Specialist.
The successful applicant will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Involvement in operational processing of weekly payroll
* Inputting of timesheet information for weekly paid employees
* Understanding of simple pay-related calculations (annual leave and public holiday entitlement, social welfare payments)
* Answering basic employee queries relating to pay, benefits, and general HR queries
Core responsibilities include administering employee benefits, ensuring all employee data is up to date, assisting new employees with onboarding, issuing contracts of employment, and monitoring and tracking employee changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrating various employee benefits programs
Managing and maintaining accurate employee records
Ensuring timely completion of payroll tasks and deadlines
Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
Responding to employee inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
