Overview
IT Field Service Engineer
1. Daily North Wexford based site visits
Mandatory Requirements:
2. 4+ experience in a similar role.
3. Hold relevant IT qualifications.
4. Full clean driving licence and your own transport.
Key Deliverables:
5. Support and troubleshoot all of our clients environments, as directed.
6. Liaise with contracted support companies to support the environment where necessary.
7. Carry out work to enhance the environment as directed by our client or contracted third parties.
8. Advise on technical issues relating to the environment, its maintenance and enhancement.
9. Document all issues as they arise and solutions when resolved using in-house Helpdesk Application.
10. Complete work at each site in the order as directed and complete the necessary reporting each day.
11. Manage and maintain the in-house IT Helpdesk system.
Competencies & Skillsets: your CV must clearly and comprehensively demonstrate your experience with the following:
12. Providing Level 1 & 2 ICT support
13. Supporting end user hardware/software problems, which could not be either carried out, resolved or sufficiently diagnosed by Helpdesk or other infrastructure remote teams
14. Deploying, supporting, troubleshooting issues and resolving issues with common IT devices including PCs, Laptops, Servers Network devices, tablet PC's, data projectors, interactive projectors, interactive whiteboards and visualizers
15. Microsoft Infrastructure: At least 2 years' experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
16. Windows 10 and 11
17. Office suite and Office
18. Microsoft virtualization technologies for desktops and applications
19. End user device security
20. Performing network troubleshooting
