Pat The Baker and Irish Pride Fine Foods Group are recruiting for a Depot Administrator based in our Irish Pride Fine Foods Cork Depot located at Unit ***** South Ring West Business Park, Ballyphehane, Cork City
Reporting to: Depot Manager
Hours: 39 hours per week, 5 days per week
Primary purpose of the role: To provide administration support to the Depot
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Cork Orders – daily
· Closing stocks, taking and forwarding orders from drivers and shops to the relevant recipient.
· Cash Receipts & Lodgement
· Managing cash receipts i.e. entering and balancing weekly.
· Comparing cash log sheet with driver inputs.
· Managing cheque receipts.
· Daily lodgements to the bank.
· Cork Log sheets
· Responsible for managing all driver log sheets and dockets.
Cork Distributors
· Manage PODs and ensure procedures for central billing documents are followed.
· Ensure weekly commission and drivers rota's are completed per deadlines.
· Be responsible for all Customer Service/queries handled by the Cork Depot.
· Office administration to include filing, post, schedules, processing of forms, forms and ad hoc administration duties
The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate the following skills:
· Highly motivated
· Fluent in both written & oral English
· Ability to work on own initiative
· Be computer literate
· Some experience in dealing with cash lodgements
· Good organisation & administration skills
· Excellent telephone manner
