Responsibilities
Overall management of the assigned Designated Centres, including outreach if tied to the Centre location.
Management of staff and delivery of the highest standards of care to Service Users.
Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and implementation of ARCS's policies and procedures supporting best care and practice in disability services.

Requirements
QQI Level 7/8 in Social Care, Social Work, or Nursing (CORU/NMBI registered).
QQI Level 6+ in health/social care management.
3/4+ years' experience in children's residential services, with 3+ years in management/supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance experience.
Full clean driving licence.
