Construction Recruitment Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the sourcing, coordination, and management of construction personnel across multiple large-scale projects in Ireland.
This is a key role for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical trades, site operations, and workforce governance.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment of construction personnel across active projects.
* Ensure all workers hold the appropriate skills, qualifications, and up-to-date training for site requirements.
* Maintain regular communication with Project and Site Managers to understand ongoing labour needs.
* Liaise with internal finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate labour and timesheet information.
* Work closely with HR to ensure contracts, documentation, and compliance processes are completed correctly.
* Support the implementation of performance management and disciplinary procedures when required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working with trades within large project environments, strong organisational and communication abilities, and confidence managing multiple stakeholders.
