Job Overview
Mgr, Sales Operations Mgmt at ServiceNow – operational backbone for GTM execution in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
* Forecasting & Pipeline Management – lead weekly/monthly forecasting cycles for Hyperscaler and other sales initiatives.
* Deal Hygiene & Forecast Confidence – partner with Sales Ops and GTM teams to ensure accurate stage mapping and attribution.
* Regional Executive Reviews – prepare and deliver inputs for MBR, QBR, and forecast calls.
* GTM Cadence & Governance – run operating rhythm for strategic priority GTM, partner syncs, and council meetings.
* Strategic Initiatives – lead regional execution of Hyperscaler migration and other sales initiatives, monitor migration burndown and enablement milestones.
* Data Integrity & Reporting – enforce pipeline hygiene and CRM data accuracy, automate hygiene alerts, and deliver executive‑ready performance summaries.
* Stakeholder Engagement – serve as single point of contact for Geo Lead on Hyperscaler GTM execution, partner with cross‑functional teams, and support governance processes.
Success Metrics
* Forecast accuracy ±5–10%
* ≥95% pipeline hygiene compliance
* Timely reporting for weekly, MBR, QBR cadences
* Migration burndown targets achieved
* Increased operational alignment and reduced escalations
Qualifications
* 5+ years in Business Operations, GTM Operations, or Program/Project Management in SaaS.
* Strong understanding of GTM processes and lead‑to‑cash lifecycle.
* Experience supporting initiatives across sales, marketing, or partner orgs.
* Excellent stakeholder management in matrixed global orgs.
* Solid analytical skills with forecasting, reporting, and dashboard creation.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence across levels.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Bonus: Experience with Hyperscaler cloud ecosystems and co‑sell / marketplace GTM motions.
