Job description
My Client, food production company, seek to hire a Quality Manager.
This role is open to someone coming from a non-food manufacturing background.
Responsibilities
1. Make sure ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained.
2. Help the company keep its top food safety grade (BRC Grade AA+).
3. Help run the HACCP food safety plan.
Requirements
Must Have:
4. People Management
5. Understand food safety rules (like HACCP) is a plus.
6. Production Process knowledge
7. Know food safety standards (like BRC)
8. Be able to spot problems in quality and resolve
Nice to Have:
9. A diploma in science, engineering, or a similar subject.
10. Cost awareness
11. Project management experience.
12. SAP experience
