* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the full HR function, including employee relations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local legislation.
* Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities to improve organisational performance.
* Manage absence, wellbeing, and occupational health processes to ensure a healthy and productive workforce.
* Lead organisational change and HR improvement projects to drive business success.
* Produce insightful reports and analysis to inform senior leadership decisions.
