As Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved. Duties will include:
Supervising and coordinating daily production activities
Leading, motivating, and supporting production teams
Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet operational targets
Ensuring quality standards and procedures are maintained
Promoting a strong health & safety culture across the production floor
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Managing staff performance, attendance, and training needs
Criteria:
Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
Experience working to production targets and quality standards
Positive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure
