Job Title: IT Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for providing professional, on-site IT support to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality IT support to end users* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues* Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalate where necessary* Manage and resolve tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLA)* Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base development* Provide technical assistance for business applications, meeting room technology, and mobile devices* Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong technical skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic Service Desk atmosphere* Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.
