Key objectives for this role include planning, controlling, administering, interpreting, and reporting financial information to management at both local and divisional levels.
Responsibilities:
* Monthly accounts must be completed and reviewed within a set schedule.
* Project Management System updates and evaluations will be performed regularly.
* Plans, updates, and Location Based Expenses must be prepared for review by the Plant Finance Manager and Site Director.
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations are necessary.
* Requests for Capital Expenditure will be reviewed and maintained.
* Cost improvement programs will be evaluated and recorded.
* Monthly accounts must comply with all policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
* Support will be provided to the Manufacturing Facility through participation in weekly meetings and awareness of safety protocols.
* Project Evaluation involves continuous update and review of projects to assist the Site Director and Plant Controller in making informed decisions.
* Variance Analysis requires monthly management accounts to be reviewed to identify deviations from plan or update, enabling corrective action if necessary.
* Technical Activities involve providing advice and information on accounting issues to employees.
* Working closely with the Plant to achieve planned goals, updates, and Location Based Expenses.
* Project Management ensures projects run according to expectations.
* Adherence to and support of EHS standards, procedures, and policies is required.
