Semi Liquid Fund Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our financial operations team in a key role.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing portfolio performance reporting for our semi-liquid private equity fund, focusing on liquidity management, third-party administrator collaboration, and overseeing semi-liquid reporting processes.
1. Oversee the delivery of timely and accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) and investor reporting, ensuring client satisfaction;
2. Manage the liquidity profile of the semi-liquid fund, ensuring effective cash flow management and investment decision support;
3. Support audit processes, liaising with auditors and third-party administrators to ensure smooth execution;
4. Act as the main point of contact for the semi-liquid fund, working closely with stakeholders to coordinate investment controlling activities;
5. Review and implement best practices for monitoring and validating semi-liquid fund financials, including liquidity analysis and investor performance reporting;
6. Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing reporting processes and improving fund operations;
7. Provide technical guidance to the team on complex accounting and financial analysis matters
Requirements
* Fluent English language skills;
* Proficiency in German, Italian, or French is an asset;
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in private equity fund accounting, controlling, or auditing, with a strong focus on semi-liquid fund performance monitoring;
* Experience working with third-party administrators and a deep understanding of their role in financial reporting;
* Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to review and reconcile data provided by third-party administrators;
* Proven experience in managing complex financial operations, particularly for semi-liquid private equity funds;
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams;
* A proactive, responsible, and accountable team player, with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
