Leadership Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant's food and beverage operations. This includes leading the team to ensure guests receive exceptional service at all times.
You will be accountable for managing daily restaurant operations, communicating effectively with the front-of-house team, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
The primary goal is to maintain high standards of service while motivating staff to achieve their best. This will involve creating weekly rosters, working closely with the Head Chef, and collaborating with Human Resources in the recruitment process.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3 years operational experience within a luxury restaurant environment.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to motivate and lead a busy team.
