About the Role
Join Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, as a Business Development Representative focusing on the African market.
Based in our Dublin hub, you will lead the agentic era of technology, helping businesses transform through AI, data, and CRM.
Key Requirements
Language: Full professional fluency in Arabic, French and English is mandatory.
Location: This is a Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland (Relocation assistance included).
Overview of the Role – Your Mission
Our BDRs sit at the forefront of the sales organisation.
You are the "engine" of our growth.
You aren't just selling software; you are selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce – the future of autonomous AI.
You will help with AE pipeline generation for "whitespace" prospecting (new business) and strategic expansion within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation – Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Strategic Outreach – Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
Sales Partnership – Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.
Market Intelligence – Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated success of quota-carrying, direct sales experience.
Drive – A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Communication – Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.
Foundation – Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (internships and leadership roles count!).
Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
Eligibility – Visa support will be provided if you do not have the right to work in Ireland.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales methodology education (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas.
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role.
