Arcadis are seeking a Junior Project Engineer for a Global Engineering team with a pharmaceutical client.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support project planning, tracking and reporting for our pharmaceutical client.
What you will do Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of engineering projects from conception through to completion.
Develop a global framework by contributing to the development of engineering/project templates for capital projects Support senior engineers in developing project documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and validation protocols.
Help create and maintain standardised templates for project reports, presentations, and dashboards to streamline our global processes.
Contribute to project analysis and reporting by developing visually compelling dashboards using Power BI to track key metrics such as cost, schedule, and resource allocation.
Prepare and present project updates to internal and external stakeholders using Power Point.
Manage project timelines and task allocation using MS Project to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across our global sites to facilitate project delivery and communication.
Provide on-site support during commissioning and installation phases, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
What you will bring A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Pharmaceutical Engineering).
13 years of experience working on capital projects in a relevant manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is a distinct advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Power Point, Power BI, and MS Project.
An aptitude for creating data-driven visual reports and dashboards to present complex information clearly.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
