Key Responsibilities:
* Create detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project evaluations
* Analyze tender documents and oversee procurement processes

* Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or consultancy
* Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with Irish construction regulations advantageous
