As a supervisor at Applegreen, your responsibilities will include assisting the site manager with various administrative tasks to ensure seamless store operations. You will also support the site manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets by motivating the team and utilizing effective leadership and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the store operates in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive team environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:)
* Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
* A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with customers
* Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
