About the role

The role will focus on leading data quality improvement initiatives within Davy that delivers value to the business and key stakeholders.
Develop and embed a data quality framework including standards, procedures, targets, root cause analysis of gaps, and remediation plans while leading outcome‑oriented cross‑functional working groups.
Support an enterprise‑wide programme to transform data practices ensuring data is trustworthy and can be used effectively to deliver stakeholder value.
Create data quality standards and procedures in line with policies, implementing monitoring solutions to ensure organisational adherence.
Work closely with business, operations and technology to identify and lead initiatives for sustainable and measurable data quality improvements across people, process and technology.
Concisely communicate impacts, outcomes and benefits when proposing resolutions to business needs to support prioritisation decision‑making.
Develop and produce high‑quality MI reporting progress and KPI’s.

About you

10+ years’ experience in a data quality improvement environment.
Deep knowledge and understanding of data quality challenges and opportunities and approaches to sustainably address them.
Experience and understanding of the BCBS 239 principles and their practical application.
Demonstrated competence in Data Policies, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Models, Data Quality Frameworks, Data Literacy, and Metadata Management.
Strong experience in leading outcome‑focused change delivered in an agile manner with cross‑organisation collaboration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self‑motivated with the ability to work and lead independently, efficiently, and effectively under tight timelines.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with data systems and tools is an advantage, e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Salesforce.
Experience using AI‑powered solutions to manage data quality is a distinct advantage.
