Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of projects. This individual will work closely with the Quantity Surveyor and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Manage document storage and access on SharePoint
* Collaborate with the Quantity Surveyor on project tasks, including planning, execution, and completion
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
* Coordinate submissions to Irish Water, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Assist with project management, including coordination of project offices and resources
* Purchasing and procurement responsibilities, including RFQs and tracking orders
* Utilize construction management systems, such as Procore, to streamline project processes
* Implement document control procedures, including reviewing, managing, and distributing documents
* Work with construction drawings and project files to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Support BCAR administration and tracking, ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
* Skillset: Strong technical skills, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Experience: Proven track record of success in a similar role or industry
* Education: Relevant degree or certification
