Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial performance across the organisation by leading strategic financial negotiations and supporting enterprise-level decision-making.
Lead negotiations with clients to tailor agreements, provide high-quality support to ensure proposals are commercially sound and aligned with objectives, collaborate with teams to support annual budgets, partner with leadership teams on deal structures and client agreements, manage pricing tools and financial models to support decision-making, utilise data to improve pricing, profitability, and performance.

Requirements:
Post-qualification experience in commercial finance at a management level, professional qualification or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, experience managing people and developing talent, keen eye for detail, commitment to accuracy and quality, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling tools.
