Health & Safety Administrator (Construction)
An established civil engineering company in Clonmel, Co.
Tipperary is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to manage compliance and safety documentation across its operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction administration who is looking to take on more responsibility in compliance and safety management.
Duties Include:
Track and manage certification for vehicles, machinery, and equipment
Maintain compliance registers and ensure all records are current
Arrange inspections, servicing, and necessary repairs
Administer health & safety documentation across various sites
Assist with audits, PPE coordination, and safety reporting
Liaise with internal teams and external H&S advisors
Ensure all compliance systems are organised and audit-ready
Support general office and administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
Background in construction, utilities, or civil engineering preferred
Experience in administration, ideally within a compliance or H&S setting
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Benefits:
