Dublin € Were working with Irelands leading utilities contractor, who are looking to expand their health and safety team with a Junior Health and Safety Advisor based in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation and gain hands-on experience across high-profile utilities projects.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures across projects.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments under the guidance of senior H&S staff.
Support in preparing and updating RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to reflect project requirements.
Deliver safety briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks to site personnel.
Monitor compliance with H&S legislation, company standards, and client requirements.
Assist with incident reporting and investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Support the H&S team with documentation, reporting, and daily site safety management.
What were looking for: Experience or training in Health and Safety, ideally within construction or utilities.
Knowledge of relevant H&S legislation and good practice.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to learn and develop under the guidance of senior team members.
Ability to travel to project sites within Dublin and surrounding areas.
