Graduate Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the site manager in coordinating and delivering construction projects.
The role will involve liaising with key stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. You will also be responsible for supervising the progress of work, developing site logistics plans, and tracking progress against project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a related field, excellent communication skills, and experience using IT systems. You should be flexible, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with key project stakeholders to assist in the delivery of all aspects of the project.
* Coordinate design work with consultants and subcontractors.
* Supervise the progress of work and provide input into the preparation of the project programme.
* Develop site logistics plans and track progress against project milestones.
* Manage site records and deliveries.
* Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
* Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2026 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* You're flexible and adaptable.
* You're IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools.
