Automation Engineer
Opportunity to join leading energy multi-national manufacturing site in East Cork as an Automation Engineer.
You will be responsible for the configuration of hardware and software used to achieve control of the process units, ensuring that they support safety, reliability, and operability of ongoing operations, as well as facilitating data gathering and involvement in business improvement projects.
To use regulatory process control technology and techniques to ensure the reliability of the refining processes.
This includes, providing support on process control issues, assisting the relevant groups on refinery optimization issues, performance monitoring and continuous improvement of process control.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering
5 Years' experience in an engineering role
Experience in refining and/or chemical industry.
Honeywell control systems experience desirable.
