We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Short Order Cooks to join our expanding culinary.
As a Short Order Cook, you'll play a key role in preparing and serving quality meals quickly and consistently in a busy hospitality environment.
You'll work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook short-order menu items such as breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and other light meals.
Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure all food is cooked to order and presented to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations throughout service.
Assist with daily prep work, stock rotation, and ingredient portioning.
Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines at all times.
Work flexibly to support other areas of the kitchen during staff breaks or busy periods.
About You
Previous experience as a Short Order Cook or in a similar fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work across multiple venues and on a rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid permission to work in Ireland.
