Head Chef
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations of a renowned hotel that caters to large-scale events.
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the kitchen and food outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency across all service periods.
* Plan and execute catering for high-volume events and weddings (up to 200 guests).
* Maintain high standards of food safety, compliance with HACCP protocols, and cost controls.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy hotel or event setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
