Hours for this role are 5am – 1pm, Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing
Ensuring required fleet matches delivery plan
Accurate despatching of correct order to customer
Liaising with sales, warehouse and transport providers to resolve urgent and critical customer requirements
Managing driver and wait times with an expectation to reduce yard wait time
Performing load checks and auditing of loads and load restraint
Ensuring all required paperwork and administration duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner

What you will bring
Demonstrated customer service experience
Exemplary time management and prioritisation skills
Experience and/or knowledge of the transport industry and understand load compliance
Customer service and relationship management mindset with a high level of negotiation skills
Intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, Sparks, desirable
