You will join a wider EA network for support, but this position demands independence, precision, and strong judgement.This is afully office-basedposition with a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus, healthcare, pension, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex and dynamic C-suite calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, priorities, and scheduling changes.Handle all travel arrangements, including international itineraries, flights, visas, accommodation, and logistics.Coordinate executive visits, meetings, events, and corporate engagements with both internal and external stakeholders.Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing packs, meeting notes, presentations, and communication materials.Oversee the organisation of internal and external events, ensuring professional execution and exceptional attention to detail.Support high-level meetings by ensuring executives are fully briefed, rooms and logistics are in place, and follow-ups are managed.Collate and process expenses, invoices, and support budget tracking where required.Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents to a high standard.Take minutes and track action points, ensuring timely follow-up.Support ad-hoc projects and provide additional assistance to the broader EA team when neededExperience & QualificationsMinimum 5 years' Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate, highly professional environment.Third-level qualification desirable but not essential.Strong experience with complex diary management and international travel coordination.Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.Demonstrable experience supporting projects or initiatives.Personal AttributesHighly proactive, with strong initiative and the confidence to ask questions rather than assume.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Strong communication skills and professional presence.Highly organised with excellent time-management skills.Comfortable handling confidential material and engaging with senior stakeholders.Willingness to work flexibly and support across different time zones when required.Ability to travel independently from time to time.
